Terms and Conditions for Lab Access Scheduling:

1. Scheduling Limit: Students may schedule a maximum of three (3) lab sessions per week 
2. Cancellation Policy: Lab access is subject to cancellation with or without notice, regardless of the scheduled date.
3. Credit Policy: In the event of cancellation, students will have the cancelled session's hours credited to their account and may reschedule at their convenience.
4. Confirmation Requirement: No lab schedule is considered confirmed until officially approved by management. Confirmation details will be sent to the student upon approval.
5. Acknowledgment: By scheduling lab access, the student agrees to these terms and conditions.
