VoiceBootcamp LLC and VoiceBootcamp Inc ("we," "our," or "us") are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit www.voicebootcamp.com and elearning.voicebootcamp.com, or use our related services, including any mobile applications we provide (collectively, the "Services"). Please read this policy carefully.

This policy describes our information practices. Providing a phone number or reading this policy does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive SMS messages. The SMS program operated by VoiceBootcamp LLC is described in Section 12.

We may collect and process the following data about you:

  • Personal Identification Information: Name, email address, phone number, postal address, and other similar contact data.
  • Payment Information: We do not store credit card details on our servers. All payment transactions are processed through secure third-party payment processors in accordance with their privacy policies and security standards.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you use our website and services.

02How We Use Your Information

SMS communications are subject to the separate consent provisions in Section 12.

We may disclose your personal information in the circumstances below, subject to applicable law. SMS opt-in data and consent information are addressed separately in Section 12.6:

  • To service providers that help us operate our Services, process payments, and provide customer support, subject to appropriate confidentiality and use restrictions.
  • To comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • To respond to lawful requests and legal processes.
  • To protect the rights and property of VoiceBootcamp, our agents, customers, and others, including enforcing our agreements, policies, and terms of use.
  • In connection with a corporate transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We will respond to requests within the period required by the law that applies to your request, including any permitted extension. We may need to verify your identity. To exercise your rights, contact us using the details in Section 10.

08Children's Privacy

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

09Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

Changes to this policy do not automatically expand the scope of your SMS consent. We will obtain additional consent when required for a new messaging purpose.

11Sanctions and Access Restrictions

Access to our Services is subject to applicable sanctions and export-control laws, including relevant United States and Canadian restrictions. We may restrict or terminate access when required by those laws. Restrictions depend on the transaction, the parties involved, the location, and any applicable authorization.

12SMS Communications and Privacy

VoiceBootcamp LLC operates our SMS messaging program. This section explains how we collect and use phone numbers and related information for customer care, one-on-one service communications, and separately authorized marketing messages.

12.1 Collection of phone numbers

We may collect your phone number when you sign up on our website or app, contact us, participate in an event, complete a form or survey, or expressly opt in through a supported text-message signup process. Collection of a number does not automatically enroll you in an SMS campaign.

12.2 Purpose of collection

When you opt in, we use your number for the messaging purpose described at signup. Depending on the consent you provide, messages may include:

  • Customer-care responses and one-on-one assistance.
  • Course registration confirmations, scheduling updates, and account or lab support.
  • Service-related notifications and alerts.
  • Promotional messages, offers, or discounts only where you have separately opted in to marketing texts.

Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Participation in our SMS program requires an affirmative opt-in for the stated messaging purpose. Providing a phone number, making a purchase, or accepting our general Terms and Conditions does not by itself provide SMS consent. SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase.

Consent to customer-care or one-on-one service messages does not authorize promotional campaigns. Marketing messages require a separate opt-in. We may retain records of consent and withdrawal to administer preferences and meet applicable obligations.

12.4 Opt-out and assistance

You may withdraw your SMS consent at any time by replying STOP or contacting info@voicebootcamp.com. We will also honor other reasonable opt-out requests.

We will promptly stop messages covered by your withdrawal within applicable legal deadlines. You may receive one non-promotional message confirming your opt-out. We will not treat continued use of our Services as renewed SMS consent.

Reply HELP for help, or email info@voicebootcamp.com. You may continue to obtain account and customer support without participating in SMS communications.

12.5 Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect phone numbers and related personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

12.6 Sharing of information

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

12.7 Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion of information. You may withdraw SMS consent at any time. Some records may need to be retained to document consent, honor your opt-out, or meet legal obligations.

12.8 Changes to this section

We may update this section and will post the revised policy with its updated date. We will provide notice of material changes as required by law. A policy update does not expand the scope of an existing SMS opt-in; additional consent will be obtained when needed.
