Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the website, online and instructor-led training programs, lab access, digital content, and all services (“Services”) provided by VoiceBootcamp Inc, VoiceBootcamp LLC, and VoiceBootcamp Canada Inc (collectively referred to herein as "VoiceBootcamp", “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing our website, purchasing any product, registering for any course, or utilizing any Service, you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. Please read this document carefully before using our Services.
1. Courses and Educational Materials
1.1. VoiceBootcamp publishes catalogs for its training courses, self-study kits, and other educational materials. These catalogs and their contents are subject to modification, enhancement, or discontinuation at any time without prior notice.
1.2. Right to Discontinue Offerings: VoiceBootcamp reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove, suspend, or permanently discontinue any course, product, or service that demonstrates low demand, limited engagement, or is otherwise deemed commercially nonviable.
2. Lab Access and Infrastructure Limitations
2.1. Access to labs is provided on an as-available basis and is subject to technical and operational feasibility.
2.2. Infrastructure Disruption: VoiceBootcamp reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access to lab environments if the required infrastructure becomes unavailable due to decreased demand, system failure, cost constraints, or any other reason deemed appropriate by VoiceBootcamp.
2.3. In such cases, VoiceBootcamp may, at its discretion, offer alternative access schedules or formats. Refunds will not be issued for infrastructure-related access limitations.
3. Class Scheduling
3.1. Public class dates will be determined and published by VoiceBootcamp. Private and on-site classes will be arranged by mutual agreement between VoiceBootcamp and the client.
3.2. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any class by providing reasonable notice. If a prepaid class is canceled, a full refund will be processed within ten (10) to one hundred twenty (120) business days.
3.3. Facilities are partially accessible for individuals with disabilities. Requests for accommodations must be made in advance and will be reasonably addressed.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1. Public Classes: Prices for public classes are established as of the course start date. These include course materials and use of related infrastructure but exclude taxes and personal expenses.
4.2. Private or On-site Classes: Pricing is determined on a per-project basis and may include additional charges for travel, logistics, and remote support.
4.3. Payment Terms: Full payment must be received and cleared before course participation. Late payments may incur fees as detailed in VoiceBootcamp’s invoicing policy.
5. Strict Payment Policy and No Refunds
5.1. Payments are due at the time of purchase. By submitting your payment information, you authorize VoiceBootcamp to charge all applicable fees.
5.2. No Refund Policy: All purchases are final. No refunds or returns will be issued under any circumstances. Prospective users are strongly encouraged to utilize our Free Trial before purchasing.
6. Free Trial
6.1. VoiceBootcamp offers free trials to allow prospective customers to evaluate course content, platform usability, and instructional quality.
6.2. Use of the Free Trial constitutes acknowledgment that all features may not be fully available and may be limited in duration or scope.
7. Re-Take Policy
7.1. Users may retake a class once within one (1) year of their original course date.
7.2. Retakes are offered based on seat availability and confirmed approximately one to two weeks before the re-take date.
7.3. Study materials are not provided during re-takes; any reprinted materials are billable.
8. Free Course Entitlement
8.1. Customers who receive complimentary courses as part of a self-study kit purchase are entitled to one (1) free class per calendar year.
8.2. VoiceBootcamp reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel complimentary classes with at least seven (7) days' notice.
9. Rack Rental Terms
9.1. Rack rental includes basic email-based technical support for hardware-related issues only.
9.2. The client is responsible for installing all required software to connect via VPN.
9.3. No refunds are provided for rack rental time. Lost hours on the client’s part will not be credited; however, time lost due to provider issues will be compensated with additional hours.
9.4. Maximum allowed sessions: 3–4 per week per client. Advance notice of two (2) weeks is required for dedicated rack requests.
10. Technical Support and Ticketing
10.1. All support requests must be submitted via an official support ticket. Emails sent directly without a ticket ID will not be recognized.
10.2. Standard response time for tickets is seventy-two (72) hours.
11. Class Cancellation and Rescheduling
11.1. Public Classes:
- No refunds for cancellations within 30 days of course start.
- Cancel within 3 days of registration or rescheduling: no fee.
11.2. Private Classes:
- Cancel within 7 days: 100% charge
- 8–15 days: 25% charge
- 16–21 days: 10% charge
- 21+ days: no charge
11.3. In cases where a student attends partial classes and cancels thereafter, they will be billed $300/day plus administrative fees and full price of any issued materials.
12. Self-Study Kit & e-Learning Refunds
12.1. All sales of self-study kits and e-learning programs are final. No refunds or returns will be honored.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1. VoiceBootcamp’s total liability is limited to the fees paid by the user for the specific course or product at issue.
13.2. VoiceBootcamp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business or data.
14. Visa Responsibility
14.1. VoiceBootcamp assumes no responsibility for visa procurement or denial.
14.2. No refunds will be issued for visa-related issues. Candidates are expected to secure their own entry permissions.
15. Warranty Disclaimer
15.1. No warranties, express or implied, are provided.
15.2. VoiceBootcamp disclaims all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.
16. Changes to This Agreement
16.1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be published on our website.
16.2. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
17. General Provisions
17.1. You may not copy, distribute, or record our materials without prior written consent.
17.2. Legal claims must be brought within two (2) years of the claim’s origin.
17.3. This Agreement is non-transferable without written approval.
17.4. Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond their reasonable control.
18. Data and Privacy Compliance
18.1. We comply with PCI DSS for payment security and GDPR for personal data privacy.
18.2. User data is never sold or shared without consent. You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your data.
19. U.S. Sanctions and Export Restrictions
19.1. VoiceBootcamp complies with all applicable U.S. sanctions.
19.2. Users from embargoed countries are prohibited from accessing our Services.
20. SMS Communication & Privacy
20.1. Users who opt-in for SMS communication will receive messages related to marketing, updates, and promotions.
20.2. Opt-out is available by replying “STOP” or contacting support.
20.3. Phone numbers are not sold or disclosed to external marketing parties.
21. Lab Scheduling Terms
21.1. Users may book a maximum of three (3) sessions per week.
21.2. Lab sessions may be canceled with or without notice.
21.3. Canceled sessions by VoiceBootcamp will be credited and rescheduled.
21.4. Sessions are not confirmed until officially approved by VoiceBootcamp management.
BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES.
